This was my first time visiting this restaurant, I’ve been looking forward to trying this place but was very disappointed by the service. Although the waiter seemed very nice and sweet, she really dropped the ball. My small child and I were seated right away and provided ice water that was warm and the ice almost completely melted. We waited a while before the waiter showed up to take our drink order. I immediately ordered a Coke and a lemonade and an order of stuffed mushrooms. I also asked for a glass of ice as my son did not want the warm water. The waiter brought out the drinks and ice and did not return for a while. As I sat wondering when I would be able to place my food order she showed up with the order of mushrooms and stated that she would be back to take my order. She returned to take my order. We quickly got our food. I had to ask for a refills of my drink twice. When we were finished eating, I asked if we were supposed to have received bread as I saw other tables with bread, again, this was my first visit here. The waiter stated that you received bread by asking to which I responded this was my first time here I did not know that I needed to ask. She then stated that i

We enjoyed a fantastic pre-concert meal with friends from Grand Rapids this past Saturday. All of us in our party of four were so delighted and impressed with our delicious meals. Amongst the four of us, we ordered red snapper (a featured meal that evening), lasagna, cream chicken with polenta, and smoked salmon risotto. All meals were rave-worthy, beautifully plated, and served by friendly, engaging, and competent waitstaff. It was a busy evening in the restaurant, with other concert goers and prom attendees. It made for a lively, convivial atmosphere. I highly recommend this locally owned family-run restaurant. We will definitely be returning!

Well...our first time here we will definitely be back. Make sure you have reservations. Im not sure where to start. Organized...genuine...excellent service and food. Your palette will thank you . A special thanks to our server Shelby

If you're looking to have Italian while at kalamazoo then come over to this place. Nice relaxing atmosphere, food is very nice too and servers are good. Appetizers were so good that we have to bag our entres but we are sure to finish them at home
